Free to use

Fluister offers a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans are available for higher usage. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change — existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

Paid Subscriptions

For paid subscriptions (Solo and Team), the following conditions apply:

• Trial period: You receive a free trial period as indicated with your chosen plan (7 or 14 days). After the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment: Payments are automatically processed via Mollie. You receive an invoice via email after each successful payment.
• Prices: All prices include 21% VAT. Launch deals are valid for the first 50 customers per plan and apply for the entire duration of your subscription.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds are given for partially used months. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
• Price changes: We may change prices, but existing customers retain their current price (including launch deals) as long as they don't cancel their subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fluister to:

• Send spam or automated junk through the feedback widget
• Abuse or attempt to overload our infrastructure
• Collect feedback on behalf of others without their knowledge

No warranty

Fluister is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we make no guarantees about uptime or data retention. Use it at your own risk — back up anything important.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users by email. Continued use of Fluister after changes means you accept the new terms.
